For records requests for a student who has graduated or transferred out of the district, please contact the Student Records Department.

Please Provide the Following Information in Your Email Request:

• Full Name: Current Name and Prior Name (if applicable) when last enrolled in GISD
• Date of Birth
• Contact Number
• Date of Last Enrollment or Graduation Date from GISD – Please include School Name
• Copy of Drivers License, Passport, or other Government Issued ID
• Purpose of Records Request and List of Records Needed
• Name of Institution Needing Records
  • Email Address at the institution the Records Should be Sent To
• Any other information Regarding this Request
