Gadsden Independent School District is beginning the important process of selecting its next Superintendent, a leadership role that will shape the future of our schools, students, and community.

To support this process, the Gadsden ISD Board of Education is inviting parents, staff members, and community members to apply to serve on a Superintendent Interview Committee that will help evaluate candidates during the search process.  

Individuals selected for the committee will participate in structured interviews with superintendent candidates and provide feedback to the Board of Education. The goal is to ensure that the perspectives of our community are represented as the district identifies its next leader.  

The district is seeking balanced participation from individuals representing all five Gadsden ISD school board districts, including Sunland Park, Santa Teresa, Mesquite/Vado, Anthony/Berino, and Chaparral.
